Message	The other thing I'd check is the oil pan to ensure it's not dented. Especially since this is an engine that sounds like it had been sitting around for awhile. Even the slightest dent in the pan can result in oil starvation... and I think you know what comes next :-/ In order I would do these things: 1) Inspect your oil pan for any dents 2) Check your timing belt, as you plan to do 3) If that all checks out, put a small amount of oil into the cylinders with low compression and re-run the test to see if those numbers improve. -jb
